The condominium documents for the 1617 Swann Street project have been recently approved by the
Washington D.C. government. Ms. Shannon Laws, of Avenue Title Group, is handling the processing of all contracts. Builder’s contracts are available upon request. Escrow deposits are being held by the Avenue Title Group. All escrow checks are to be made out to “Avenue Title Corp.,” and will be held by the company in an interest bearing escrow account. Avenue Title Group is located at 1602 14th Street, NW, Washington, D.C. 20009
There are five available parking spaces that will be deeded with the buyer’s unit. There are three spots listed at $40,000 and two at $30,000. The two lower priced spots are a bit smaller than the three other spots. The five parking spaces are located behind the building. Off-street and monthly rental parking is also available.
Once a contract is officially ratified, purchasers will receive a copy of the condominium documents. All buyers have fifteen days in which to review the documents for final acceptance. If a purchaser finds issue with any of the condominium documents within the fifteen review days, all funds will be refunded immediately, upon receipt of a written request.
